企业职业健康安全对企业的健康成长有着不可替代的作用,更对我国社会与经济可持续发展产生潜在的巨大影响。当前,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断建立和完善,企业职业健康安全正逐渐成为衡量一个企业发展软实力及未来前景的重要标准,各行各业都将职业健康安全纳入企业的常规管理体系,通过各种渠道进行职业健康安全培训。本文将从我国企业职业健康安全培训的现状出发,对企业职业健康安全培训进行探索与创新。
The occupational health and safety of enterprises plays an irreplaceable role in the healthy growth of enterprises and has a potentially huge impact on the sustainable development of our society and economy. At present, with the continuous establishment and perfection of China’s socialist market economic system, the occupational health and safety of enterprises is gradually becoming an important standard to measure the development of soft power and future prospects of an enterprise. All walks of life incorporate occupational health and safety into the general management system of the enterprise , Through various channels for occupational health and safety training. Based on the current situation of occupational health and safety training in our country, this paper explores and innovates the occupational health and safety training in enterprises.
