山东省胶南市藏南镇高戈庄村自1985年以来,创下了令人赞叹的业绩:11年中全村农村经济总收入由81万元增加到2658万元;村办工业总产值由14万元增加到2200万元;全村集体固定资产由12万元增加到1200万元;农民人均纯收入由431元增加到2701元。村办骨干企业纸箱设备厂已成为全省同行业产销量最大的企业之一。11年来,全村没有发生一起刑事案件,没有出现计划外生育。 每当村民们提及这些变化,都对村党支部书记董见桂赞不绝口,称赞他是一个好“当家人”。
The Gaoguzhuang Village in Tibetan Town of Jiaonan City in Shandong Province has set an impressive record since 1985: the total income of rural economy in the village increased from 81,000 yuan to 26.58 million yuan in 11 years; the total output value of village-owned industrial enterprises increased from 140,000 Yuan to 22 million yuan; the village collective fixed assets increased from 120,000 yuan to 12 million yuan; per capita net income of farmers increased from 431 yuan to 2701 yuan. The village cadre enterprise carton equipment factory has become the province with the industry one of the largest production and sales companies. In the past 11 years, no criminal case occurred in the village and no unplanned childbirth occurred. Whenever villagers mentioned these changes, they all praised Dong Jiangui, secretary of the village party branch, and praised him as a good “be family member.”
