目的:观察应用远红外线治疗仪进行热疗并化疗对小鼠S180肿瘤模型的协同治疗效果。方法:60只S180小鼠按随机数字表分4组:热疗+化疗组、单纯化疗组、单纯热疗组和对照组,每组15只。处理后10d处死动物,分离瘤块称湿质量并作病理检查。结果:4组肿瘤湿质量各为(0.67±0.29),(0.78±0.37),(1.24±0.43)和(2.31±0.22)g,热疗+化疗组肿瘤湿质量低于其他各组,与单纯化疗组、对照组之间差异有显著性意义(q=5.96,6.35;P<0.01)。病理检查显示热疗+化疗组、单纯热疗组肿瘤组织存在坏死改变。结论:热疗与化疗两因子联合应用具有良好的协同效应,物理性热疗可用于肿瘤的辅助治疗。
Objective: To observe the application of far-infrared therapeutic apparatus hyperthermia and chemotherapy in mice with S180 tumor model of synergistic treatment. Methods: Sixty S180 mice were divided into 4 groups according to random number table: hyperthermia + chemotherapy group, chemotherapy alone group, hyperthermia group and control group, 15 in each group. Animals were sacrificed at 10 days after treatment and the masses of the tumor were separated for wet examination and pathological examination was performed. Results: The wet mass of tumors in the 4 groups was (0.67 ± 0.29), (0.78 ± 0.37), (1.24 ± 0.43) and (2.31 ± 0.22) g respectively. The wet mass of tumor in hyperthermia + chemotherapy group was lower than that in other groups The difference between chemotherapy group and control group was significant (q = 5.96, 6.35; P <0.01). Pathological examination showed hyperthermia + chemotherapy group, hyperthermia group tumor tissue necrosis changes. Conclusion: The combination of two factors of hyperthermia and chemotherapy has a good synergistic effect, and physical hyperthermia can be used in adjuvant therapy of tumor.
