本文主要从当前出口、投资、消费三方面角度对宏观经济现状进行了分析,认为应促进产业结构转变及扩大内需以应对出口下降;促进产业结构升级的同时逐步淘汰落后产能,保证政府和企业的投资能带来合理的经济效益,维持经济的自主性和可持续发展。建议政府加大的对中下阶层的转移支付和扶持力度,完善社会保障体系,提高居民可持续收入能力以扩大内需。
This article mainly analyzes the current macroeconomic situation from the perspectives of export, investment and consumption. It believes that the transformation of the industrial structure should be promoted and the domestic demand should be expanded to cope with the decline in exports. The industrial structure should be upgraded while the backward production capacity should be phased out to ensure that the government and enterprises Investment can bring about reasonable economic benefits and maintain economic autonomy and sustainable development. It is suggested that the government should increase its transfer payment and support to middle and lower classes, improve the social security system and enhance the residents’ sustainable income capacity so as to increase domestic demand.
