目的 :探讨绿原酸(CHA)对EMT-6乳腺癌BABLc小鼠的抑瘤作用及对免疫器官的影响。方法 :建立EMT-6乳腺癌荷瘤及空白对照模型,分别以高(20mg/kg)、中(10mg/kg)、低(5mg/kg)绿原酸,阿霉素及重组人干扰素α-2b进行干预治疗,观察每组药物的抑瘤作用及对免疫器官的影响。结果:绿原酸各剂量组(5mg/kg,10mg/kg,20mg/kg)肿瘤生长速度均表现缓慢,抑瘤率明显,与模型组比较存在显著性差异;对移植瘤荷瘤鼠胸腺系数和脾脏系数影响不太明显。结论 :绿原酸对小鼠移植性EMT-6乳腺癌具有明显抑制作用,免疫器官的脏器系数无影响。
Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect of chlorogenic acid (CHA) on EMT-6 breast cancer BABLc mice and its effect on immune organs. METHODS: The tumor-bearing and blank control models of EMT-6 breast cancer were established. The models of high-dose (20mg / kg), medium (10mg / kg) -2b for intervention treatment, observed the antitumor effect of each group of drugs and immune organs. Results: The tumor growth rate of each dose of chlorogenic acid (5mg / kg, 10mg / kg, 20mg / kg) was slow and the tumor inhibition rate was obvious, which was significantly different from the model group And the effect of spleen coefficient is not obvious. CONCLUSION: Chlorogenic acid has obvious inhibitory effect on transplanted EMT-6 breast cancer in mice and has no effect on the organ coefficient of immune organs.
