为探讨如何预防乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死,笔者在术中采取术中注意切缘的选择,注重皮瓣厚度,正确使用电刀,减少皮瓣张力,合理的引流以及合适力度的包扎等措施.结果示50例中有4例(8%)发生皮瓣坏死,单纯皮下积液5例,均经非手术治疗治愈.提示合理的手术设计及细致的手术操作是预防乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死的关键.
