大唐长山热电厂在积极响应国家“节能减排”号召中,相继关停了高能耗、低产出的小机组,在企业面临转型改制、人多负重、单机运行的严峻形势下,保障企业的安全稳定成为企业推进发展的难题。对此,该厂充分发挥党委职能导向作用,创新工作方式,正面引导,统一思想,凝聚力量,助推企业平稳渡过难关,形成了一套成功工作经验——“四加法则”。
