According to the agreement, both parties agreed to increase the registered capital of Hunan Electric Wind Energy to be 590 million yuan in cash, of which, the shares of Hunan Electricity Co., Ltd. subscribed for 300.9 million yuan. Capital increase is to ensure the company’s normal production
