2009年,信阳市计生服务中心男性科对423例男性不育症患者进行的精液实验室检查中发现:精子计数>60×109/L,活动力和活动率正常者42人,占检查人数的9.9%。精子计数<20×109/L,活动力和活动率低下者380人,占检查人数的89.8%,逆行射精1人,占总检查人数0.2%,对本例报告如下。
