以 1 8个小麦品种和化学杂交剂 BAU94 0 3的不同剂量为处理 ,研究了 BAU94 0 3的杀雄效果及其不同基因型小麦对 BAU94 0 3反应的遗传差异。结果表明 ,适宜的 BAU94 0 3喷施剂量与时期 ,供试品种均能诱导大于 95 %的雄性不育率 ;对大多数品种而言 ,适宜的时期范围为雌雄蕊原基分化期 ,适宜的剂量范围为0 .75~ 1 .0 kg/ hm2 ,以 1 .0 kg/ hm2效果为好。 BAU94 0 3对不同基因型小麦品种之间存在着互作效应。
A total of 18 wheat cultivars and chemical hybridization agent BAU94 0 3 were treated with different doses to study the killing effect of BAU94 0 3 and the genetic differences of BAU94 0 3 response in different genotypes of wheat. The results showed that the male sterile rate of more than 95% could be induced by the appropriate amount and period of BAU94 0 3 spraying. For most varieties, the suitable period ranged from the pistil and stamen primordial differentiation period The dosage range is 0 .75 ~ 1 .0 kg / hm2, with the effect of 1 .0 kg / hm2 as well.
