(2014年12月4日中国共产党浙江省第十三届委员会第六次全体会议通过)中国共产党浙江省第十三届委员会第六次全体会议深入学习贯彻党的十八届四中全会精神,按照《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》的部署,结合浙江实际,研究了全面深化法治浙江建设问题,作出如下决定。一、全面深化法治浙江建设的总体要求1.深入学习贯彻党的十八届四中全会精神和习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神。
(Adopted at the 6th Plenary Session of the 13th Committee of Zhejiang Province on December 4, 2014) The 6th Plenary Session of the 13th Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Communist Party of China thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, In accordance with the deployment of “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues of Ruling the Country by Law” and the actual situation of Zhejiang Province, it has studied the issue of comprehensively deepening the construction of Zhejiang under the rule of law and made the following decisions. I. Overall Requirements for Deepening the Construction of a Law-Governing Province in Zhejiang 1. To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches.
