应用炭浸法回收金已有许多年历史了,正确使用可获得非常满意的结果,但是其缺陷之一就是为了使活性炭有效地吸附浸出液中的金,所需的滞留时间相当长。为弥补这个缺陷,近来有人作了改进。方法之一是加氧炭浸工艺(CILO),除矿浆中氧气浓度为通常炭浸法6ppm的4~5倍以外,工艺基本与炭浸法相同。矿浆中氧气浓度高的好处主要是在同等的浸出时间里可大大加快会的溶解。矿浆中较高的氧气浓度靠往矿浆中鼓氧气使其达到饱和状态,并将浸出槽密封,维持矿浆上方空间为氧气气氛来达到。
The recovery of gold using the carbon leaching method has been around for many years and can be used satisfactorily with the correct application. However, one of the drawbacks is that the activated carbon can effectively adsorb the gold in the leaching solution and requires a long residence time. To make up for this shortcoming, some people have made improvements recently. One of the methods is the CILO process. The oxygen concentration in the slurry is 4 to 5 times that of the 6 ppm normally used for the carbon-leaching method, and the process is basically the same as that of the carbon-leaching method. The advantage of high oxygen concentration in the pulp is that it can greatly accelerate the dissolution in the same leaching time. The higher oxygen concentration in the slurry is reached by oxygenation of the drum to oxygen in the slurry and the leach tank is sealed to maintain the oxygen space above the slurry.
