一批敲诈勒索及传播淫秽色情网站被依法查处近日,国家互联网信息办协调有关部门关闭了42家招摇撞骗、敲诈勒索的网站。所谓“中国真相调查网”、“中国人民法制网”、“企业法治网”等网站,冒用国家机关和公益机构名义,伪造证件从事所谓“新闻”采访,以刊登负面信息要挟索取封口费、合作费等,使许多单位和个人受害,情节恶劣,危害严重。此前,21家传播淫秽色情信息的网站及535家传播淫秽色情和低俗信息的微博客账号也被依法关闭。
