To study a series of radiological changes in non-surgical cases of Intestinal Behcet’s Disease, the authors followed an average of 4.5 years (range, 8 months to 11 years) of 7 patients. Duplicate barium meal and barium enema double contrast examination. In 5 patients, the initial radiological examination revealed 1 to 3 deep ulcers in the terminal ileum or ileocecal region. After medical treatment, ulcer healing, but follow-up again. In each of the four cases, an enlarged ulcer was found at the site where the healed ulcer was connected
