文章结合近些年陆续建设的强风蚀地区公路暴露出的标志结构优化问题,立足于受力及破坏形态机理分析,采用Midas civil有限元分析软件对与标志板强度有关的厚度、槽铝规格以及间距的影响进行了数值模拟,从造价与受力效果的合理匹配角度提出了相应的加固方案。结论认为:提升槽铝规格与加密槽铝均能较大改善标志底板主受力载体槽铝的应力分布,尤其是提升槽铝规格,力学改善效果明显。
Combined with the structural optimization of the signs exposed in the areas with heavy wind erosion in recent years, based on the mechanical and structural analysis of the failure modes, the article uses the finite element analysis software Midas civil to analyze the thickness, The effect of spacing is numerically simulated, and the corresponding reinforcement scheme is put forward from the reasonable matching of cost and force effect.
