人类精浆中包含着大量的由支持细胞分泌的转铁蛋白(Transferrin,Tf)。本文采用单向免疫扩散法测定了50例生育男性、56例妻子流产的男性及143例不育男性精浆Tf含量。结果表明精子密度、活动力、活动率等皆与精浆Tf含量呈正相关;正常生育男性的精浆Tf含量与不育男性有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),而与妻子流产的男性则无明显差异(P>0.05)。精浆Tf含量测定有助于评价精子质量,可以作为反映支持细胞功能的特异性指标。
Human seminal plasma contains a large number of transferrin (Tf) secreted by the supporting cells. In this paper, one-way immunodiffusion was used to determine the Tf content of 50 infertile men, 56 wives abortion and 143 infertile men seminal plasma. The results showed that sperm density, activity and activity were positively correlated with the content of seminal plasma Tf. The content of Tf in seminal plasma of normal fertile men was significantly different from that of male infertile men (P <0.01) No significant difference (P> 0.05). Determination of seminal plasma Tf contributes to the evaluation of sperm quality and can be used as a specific index to reflect the function of supporting cells.
