“十一五”是浙江发展史上极不平凡的五年。面对接踵而至的严峻挑战,特别是国际金融危机的严重冲击,省委、省政府始终坚持把思想和行动统一到中央的决策部署上来,全面落实中央应对金融危机的一揽子计划,按照“标本兼治、保稳促调”的工作方针,积极采取一系列有效的政策措施和工作举措,把国际金融危机的不利影响降到了最低限度,保持了经济平稳较快增长。
“Eleventh Five-Year ” is an extraordinary five years in the history of Zhejiang. In the face of serious harsh challenges ensuing, especially from the severe impact of the international financial crisis, the provincial party committee and government consistently adhered to unifying their thinking and actions with the decision-making arrangements of the central authorities and fully implemented the central government’s package plan to tackle the financial crisis. According to the “ Tackling both the symptoms and the root causes, maintaining stability and promoting adjustment, ”and actively adopted a series of effective policies and measures to reduce the adverse impact of the international financial crisis to a minimum and maintain a steady and rapid economic growth.
