覆土是栽培鸡腿菇的一个重要环节。覆土时菌种棒既有竖式也有横式,到底以哪一种方式好,针对这个问题,我们进行了试验,现将结果初报如下: 1 材料与方法 培养料为棉子壳87%,玉米粉10%,石膏、过磷酸钙、石灰各1%,含水量65%左右。料拌匀后装入17×33cm的聚乙烯塑料袋,每袋装干料400g。灭菌、接种后置培养室培养,温度控制在24℃左右,约30天菌丝长至袋底。然后脱袋埋土,塑料大棚内套小拱棚栽培,4月底大棚上覆盖遮阳网。试验设二个处理,以不同的覆土方式为处理,每(?)理3次重复,每小区30袋。二个处理为:Ⅰ菌种棒竖式覆土;Ⅱ菌种棒横式埋土。 2 试验经过 1996年2月10日接种,3月12日发菌至袋底,3月15日脱袋覆土进行出菇管理。竖式栽培4月1日开始有原基形成,4月8日开始采收。横式栽培4月6日开始产生原基,4月13日开始采收。由于后期气温较高,至5月29日采收结束。 3 试验结果 ①竖式覆土比横式覆土出菇提前5天。②平均每袋产菇470g,生物效率117.5%;横式覆土处理平均袋产360g,生物效率90%。竖式覆土处理比横式覆土处理增产30.6%(表1)。
Covering soil is an important part of cultivating Coprinus comatus. Then remove the bag embedded plastic shed small arch shed cultivation, shelter at the end of April shading net. Experiment set up two treatments, with different soil cover for the treatment, each (?) Li 3 times repeated, each district 30 bags. The two treatments were: Ⅰ strain stick vertical casing; Ⅱ strain stick buried horizontally. 2 test after February 10, 1996 inoculation, March 12 germs to the bottom of the bag, March 15 out of bag soil for fruiting management. Vertical cultivation began on April 1 with the formation of primordia, April 8 began to harvest. Horizontal cultivation April 6 began to produce primordia, April 13 began to harvest. As the late high temperatures, to May 29 harvest ended. 3 test results ① vertical casing than the horizontal casing mushroom fruiting five days in advance. ② The average production of 470g mushroom bag, biological efficiency of 117.5%; horizontal soil bag processing 360g, the biological efficiency of 90%. Vertical casing treatment than lateral casing treatment yield 30.6% (Table 1).
