结节病又称类肉瘤病,眼部最常受累的是色素膜、视网膜、结膜和泪腺,眼睑受累还未见报告。笔者遇到1例,报告如下。患者林××男性74岁。1年前。左眼上睑外侧长一蚕豆大肿块,无任何自觉症状。肿块逐渐长大。于91年11月5日就诊。无外伤史及结核病史。一般体检未见异常。视力右0.8,左0.7。左眼上睑外侧隆起,局部皮肤色泽正常,表面光滑,界限清楚。肿块质较硬,类似软骨,大小约2.5×2.0×2.0cm。基底部在眶上缘外侧,不活动。结膜不充血,角膜透明。
Sarcoidosis, also known as sarcoidosis, is the most commonly affected eye pigment, retinal, conjunctival and lacrimal glands, eyelid involvement has not been reported. I met one case, the report is as follows. Lin × × patients 74-year-old male. 1 year ago. The left eye eyelid long side of a large broad bean, without any symptoms. Mass gradually grow up. On November 5, 1991 for treatment. No history of trauma and history of tuberculosis. No abnormalities in general examination. Right vision 0.8, left 0.7. Left eyelid lateral bulge, the normal local skin color, smooth surface, clear boundaries. Lump mass hard, similar to cartilage, the size of about 2.5 × 2.0 × 2.0cm. The base of the Ministry in the supraorbital margin, inactive. Conjunctival congestion, corneal transparency.
