中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划的建议提出:“新的历史条件下,要深化对劳动和劳动价值理论的认识。”依我看应从两方面深化认识:一是深化对马克思主义关于劳动和劳动价值理论的理解与把握。马克思论著中有关的理论思想很丰富,有些重要思想不少人不熟悉,需要挖掘和研究;二是从国内外新的社会经济发展形势出发,结合新情况、新问题深化认识与研究。
The CPC Central Committee’s proposal on formulating the 10th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development puts forward the following: “Under the new historical conditions, we should deepen our understanding of the theory of labor and labor value.” In my opinion, we should deepen our understanding in two aspects: First, deepen Understanding and Grasping of Marxism Theory of Labor and Labor Value. Marxism is rich in theoretical ideas, and some important ideas are unfamiliar to many people and need to be explored and studied. The second is to deepen our understanding and research based on new social and economic developments both at home and abroad, in combination with new situations and new problems.
