高千伏及断层摄影均为特殊摄影技术,已开始逐渐应用于各种检查中,尤其在胸部疾病的诊断上用途更大。高千伏摄影操作简单,且可以解决普通片无法解决的一些问题。断层摄影可以从不同的层面来观察病变,能显示病变结构及与邻近组织的关系。我们利用这二种方法来检查矽肺,目的在于探索矽肺在这二种方法上的表现与普通片有何异同?有何特点?对早期诊断有什么作用?
High kV and tomography are special photographic techniques that have been gradually applied to various examinations, especially for the diagnosis of chest diseases. High-kV photographic operation is simple, and can solve some of the problems ordinary tablets can not solve. Tomography can be observed from different aspects of the lesion, can show the lesion structure and the relationship with the adjacent tissue. We use these two methods to check the silicosis, the purpose is to explore the performance of these two methods in silicosis, what are the similarities and differences between ordinary tablets? What characteristics? What is the role of early diagnosis?
