1983年以来,特别在“七·五”、“八·五”期间,在大中型项目的建设过程中,有色工程建设的标准化管理工作从无到有,形成了一整套较完善、系统、规范的标准化管理体系。结合有色的行业特点共制、修订各种工程建设标准规范达103项,其中国家级标准6项;行业级标准84项(勘察标准30项,设计标准33项,施工标准18项,其他标准3项);项目标准13项。参加过标准制、修订工作的单位达67个,其中主编单位24家(有色的设计、勘察、施工单位14,冶金部及有关单位10家);参编单位43家(含外系统20家)。这些工程建设标准规范,在有色大中型项目建设中起到了控制投
