当今中国画坛上活跃着四代画家,并使用着具象、意象、幻象、物象等多种不同的艺术语言进行艺术探索。有追求传统艺术美的,也有追求艺术主体个性的。当艺术进入后现代期又突破现代艺术格局,反对为艺术而艺术。而追求传统与现代、四方与尔力、科技与艺术、感性与理性的艺术观。有的画家强调中国绘画艺术需要四方绘画的科学态度和理性精神,才能产生像欧洲文艺复兴一样的中国艺术复兴,也有的认为中国的传统艺术是一座丰富的宝库,要在东方艺术传统中寻找自己的出路,从传统思想的直觉的情感流露中独创自己的绘画体系。我们认为,无论是东方传统思想的直观情感挥发,还是西方的理
