我国铬矿资源特点是贫矿多,分布多在偏远地区。从1967年以来,先后建起了三个贫矿小矿山和一个较大的贫矿矿山(表1)。选矿工艺沿用单一的重选工艺,铬精矿品位仅达31~35%,平均33%,勉强达到工业要求的指标32%;铬铁比值(Cr_2O_3/FeO)仅为1.1~2,低于工业要求指标2.4.选矿回收率低,仅达65~75%;尾矿品位高,最高的达9.46%;生产成本高,每吨铬精矿成本高达230~551元。因此,探讨我国贫铬矿资源利用已成为一个重要的研究课题。本文试就这方面谈谈个人看法,仅供参考。
Chromium resources in our country are characterized by poor leaching, mostly distributed in remote areas. Since 1967, three small lean mines and one large lean mine have been built (Table 1). The beneficiation process follows a single re-selection process. The grade of chromium concentrates is only 31-35%, averaging 33%, barely meeting the 32% of industrial requirement. The ratio of ferrochrome (Cr 2 O 3 / FeO) is only 1.1-2, Requirements Indicators 2.4. Beneficiation recovery rate is low, only up to 65 ~ 75%; tailings grade high, up to 9.46%; high production costs per ton of chromium concentrate costs as high as 230 ~ 551 yuan. Therefore, it has become an important research topic to explore the utilization of the resources of poor ore in our country. This article try to talk about personal opinion in this regard, for reference purposes only.
