在现代企业发展的过程中,企业管理对于企业发展具有重要影响。而财务管理则是企业管理的关键环节,对企业的资金管理和经营效益有直接影响。石油工程企业作为我国重要的支柱企业,与普通企业相比,在管理方面存在很大的不同,尤其是财务管理方面。因此,文章主要针对是由工程企业财务管理中存在的问题展开分析,并提出了相应的解决对策,旨在推动石油工程企业的平稳发展。
In the process of modern enterprise development, business management has an important impact on the development of enterprises. Financial management, on the other hand, is a key link in the management of a company and has a direct impact on the capital management and operational efficiency of an enterprise. As an important pillar enterprise in our country, petroleum engineering enterprises have very different management aspects compared with ordinary enterprises, especially in terms of financial management. Therefore, the article mainly aims at analyzing the existing problems in the financial management of engineering enterprises and puts forward the corresponding solutions, aiming to promote the steady development of petroleum engineering enterprises.
