本文对15名吸烟老年人(烟量:<10支/天,烟龄:15~70年)和14名非吸烟老年人的外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变(CA)和姊妹染色单体交换(SCE)进行了比较研究。结果:吸烟者的 CA 率和 SGE 率分别为3.60%和8.445±0.314(SE)/细胞;非吸烟者为1.43%和7.3)0±0.342(SE)/细胞。两组在统计学上有显著性差异(CA:P<0.01;SCE:P<0.05),表明长期轻度吸烟也能导致人体遗传物质的损伤。
In this paper, the relationship between chromosome aberration (CA) and sister chromatid exchange (SCE) of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 15 smokers (smoking <10 cigarettes per day, smoking age 15-70 years) and 14 non- smoking seniors ) Conducted a comparative study.
