目的 研究桑叶总黄酮对非酶糖基化的抑制作用。方法 从桑叶中提取不同浓度 (0 0 0 1,0 0 1,0 1g/L)总黄酮加入体外白蛋白糖基化体系中 ,分别孵育 1,4 ,7,14 ,2 1,2 8天 ,测定早期糖化白蛋白产物的浓度。结果 糖化蛋白产量与孵育时间呈正相关 ,桑叶总黄酮 (0 1g/L)在各时间点均使糖化蛋白生成较对照组少。 结论 蛋白质非酶糖化与葡萄糖孵育时间正相关 ,桑叶总黄酮有可能阻断蛋白非酶糖化
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of mulberry flavonoids on non-enzymatic glycosylation. Methods Total flavonoids with different concentrations (0 0 0 1,0 0 1,0 1g/L) were extracted from mulberry leaves and added to albumin glycosylation system in vitro. Incubate 1,4,7,14,2 1,2 8 respectively. On days, the concentration of the early glycated albumin product was determined. Results Glycated protein production was positively correlated with incubation time. Total flavonoids (0 1 g/L) of mulberry leaves produced less glycated protein at all time points than the control group. Conclusion Protein non-enzymatic saccharification is positively correlated with glucose incubation time. Mulberry leaf flavonoids may block protein non-enzymatic glycation.
