激励是思想政治教育工作中的一种重要方式。行为科学的研究表明,人的工作绩效取决于人的能力和激励水平,即积极性的高低,用一个公式表示就是:工作绩效=F(能力×激励)。由此可见,能力固然是取得绩效的基本保证,但是,不管能力多强,如果激励水平低就将难以取得好的绩效。所以,我们思想政治工作者在思想政治工作中,要正确地运用激励机制。
