一、概述 从我国电信网络的现状看,虽然交换系统已经程控化,传输系统已经光纤化和数字化,但在用户网上大部分采用的仍然是传统的铜线传输,网络结构多为单星型,业务功能单一,而且机线陈旧,已成为限制现代电信网发展的“瓶颈”所在,因此建设接入网对于我国的通信事业、对满足用户对电信新业务的需求,对加快全社会信息化的进程至关重要。
