针对LDW1003型内燃机柴滤架螺栓经常振动断裂的现象,将模态试验分析技术和有限元模态分析相结合,建立了柴滤架结构的有限元模型。通过对柴滤架结构的现场振动测试,并用DASP软件进行信号处理,确定振动的主方向及其频率特征;利用ANSYS分析软件,建立与实际情况近似的有限元模型,结合振动测试试验结论确定主振动模态,并进一步扩展模态,对主振动模态做相对应力分析,找出问题的原因并提出解决方案。并对提出的改进结构进行有限元分析,证明了该方案的合理性。
In view of the frequent vibration fracture of bolts on LDW1003 internal combustion engine diesel engine, the finite element model of diesel frame was established by combining modal test analysis technology and finite element modal analysis.
