我厂细碎作业从投产以来,一直使用两台PCB1300×1600毫米单向运转锤式破碎机。这种破碎机的优点是构造简单,生产能力大,破碎比大,产品粒度均匀。缺点是锤子磨损较快,翻锤子时工人劳动强度大,设备停歇时间过多。几年来,我们针对锤式破碎机存在的问题,进行了一系列改造(图1),取得了良好效果,大幅度提高了设备运转率,减轻了工人的体力劳动。
Our factory has been using crushing operations since commissioning, has been using two PCB1300 × 1600 mm one-way operation hammer crusher. This crusher has the advantages of simple structure, large production capacity, crushing ratio, product size uniformity. Drawback is that the hammer wear faster, turn the hammer when the labor intensity of workers, equipment, rest time too much. In recent years, we have carried out a series of reformations (Figure 1) for the problems existing in the hammer crusher, and achieved good results, greatly improving the operation rate of the equipment and alleviating the manual labor of the workers.
