“呦呦鹿鸣,食野之蒿。”成于两千多年前的《诗经》,再现了周朝人才济济、鼓瑟吹笙的场景;当下,取名于《诗经》的屠呦呦,则再一次以人才的力量助力了整个人类的生存和发展。这位中国首位诺贝尔科学奖项的获得者,无疑给了国人在科学能力和科学素养上的巨大鼓舞和信心。仍记得著名的“钱学森之问”:“为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出人才?”它与几十年前的“李约瑟难题”——为什么现代科学起源于欧洲而不是中国———一脉相承,皆为对中国科学教育发展的担忧和关怀。
