我国《工业企业噪声卫生标准》规定:工业企业的生产车间和作业场所的工作地点的噪声标准为85分贝(A)。目前,国内汽轮发电机噪声均超过国家规定标准,多在90分贝(A)以上,最高达104分贝(A),对环境造成污染,危害操作人员的良体健康。控制噪声、消除噪声污染是电机行业急待解决的课题之一。控制噪声的途径可概括为以下三种方法:一是隔声;二是吸声;三是减振阻尼。哈尔滨大电机研究所从以上三种途径入手,用了两年的时间,对控制和降低汽轮发电机噪声的材料和结构进行了研
China’s “Noise Standard for Industrial Enterprises” stipulates that the noise level at the workplace of industrial enterprises and workplaces should be 85 dB (A). At present, the noise of domestic turbine generators exceeds the national standard, mostly over 90 dB (A) and up to 104 dB (A), causing environmental pollution and endangering the health of operators. Control of noise and eliminate noise pollution is one of the urgent issues to be solved in the motor industry. The way to control noise can be summarized as the following three methods: one is sound insulation; the other is sound absorption; the other is vibration damping.
