今年以来,省水利厅稽察办对厅直单位管理的正在实施的建设项目进行了稽察,并对2012年～2014年中省稽察机构已稽察过的厅直项目的整改落实情况进行了督查.总体来看,厅直项目管理比较规范,但在建设管理的各个环节、不同程度还存在一些问题.经统计分析,结合调研,对其中突出和带有共性的问题,对照水利工程建设管理的法律法规,提出建设性的整改措施和建议,有利于厅直单位进一步规范水利项目管理,提升建设管理水平.对其它水利项目的建设管理可借鉴参考.
