制备了磁体Nd_(16.7)B_(7.8)(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(75.5)(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.8,1.0),测量了室温磁参量4πM_s、H_k、T_c、_iH_c|(BH)_(max)、α。对x=0、x=0.3样品在77K至500K温度范围内研究了H_k|_iH_c随温度的变化。实验结果表明:4πM,随取代量x的变化与Slater-Pauling曲线定性上一致,T_c随x的增加而上升而H_k、_iH_c、α均随x的增加而下降。(BH)_(max)在x~0.2时达到最大值。Co取代样品的H_k温度特性略有改善,但在测量范围内二样品的_iH_c温度特性几乎相同。在低于140K温度下观察到了Nd_2BFe_(14)四方相的磁矩重取向现象。
The magnet Nd_ (16.7) B_ (7.8) (Fe_ (1-x) Co_x) _ (75.5) (x = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.8,1.0) was prepared. Parameters 4πM_s, H_k, T_c, _iH_c | (BH) _ (max), α. The change of H_k | _iH_c with temperature was studied in the temperature range of 77K to 500K for x = 0, x = 0.3. The experimental results show that: 4πM, with the change of substitution amount x is qualitatively consistent with Slater-Pauling curve, T_c increases with the increase of x, while H_k, _iH_c, α decreases with the increase of x. (BH) _ (max) reaches its maximum at x ~ 0.2. The H_k temperature characteristics of the Co-substituted samples slightly improved, but the _iH_c temperature characteristics of the two samples were almost the same in the measurement range. The magnetic moment reorientation of the tetragonal phase Nd 2 BFe 14 was observed at temperatures below 140 K.
