第一条为了加强城市节约用水管理,保护和合理利用水资源,促进国民经济和社会发展,根据国务院批准的《城市节约用水管理规定》,结合四川实际,制定本办法. 第二条本办法适用于城市(包括设市城市、建制镇,下同)规划区内节约用水管理工作。在城市规划区使用公共供水和自建设施供水的单位和个人,必须遵守《城市节约用水管理规定》和本办法。
