“十二五”时期对江苏而言,是文化创意产业发展和文化强省战略的重要战略机遇期。经过不断改革创新,江苏文化创意产业已经呈现多元投入、加速提升、主体壮大、集聚发展等良好发展态势。但仍然存在着结构失衡、品牌竞争能力不强、投资主体单一和分工协作水平较低等严重制约文化创意产业进一步发展的深层次问题。对此,江苏应当明确文化创意产业发展思路与战略定位,从合理选择发展业态,科学规划空间布局等方面入手,下大力气进一步加快文化创意产业发展步伐,抢占文化经济的制高点。
In the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, Jiangsu is an important strategic opportunity period for the development of cultural and creative industries and the strategy of strengthening the province by culture. After continuous reform and innovation, Jiangsu cultural and creative industries have shown a good momentum of development with diversified inputs, accelerated growth, strong growth, and concentrated development. However, there are still some deep-seated problems that seriously restrict the further development of the cultural and creative industries such as structural imbalance, weak brand competitiveness, single investors and low level of cooperation in division of labor. To this end, Jiangsu should make clear the train of thought and strategic positioning for the development of cultural and creative industries. It should make great efforts to speed up the pace of development of cultural and creative industries and seize the commanding height of cultural economy by proceeding with the rational choice of development forms and the spatial layout of scientific planning.
