随着以人为本理念的深入人心以及建设和谐社会的需要,人性化管理越来越成为现代企业管理的选择。本文从人性化管理的概念出发,阐述人性化管理的特征,并分析人性化管理重要性,最后提出如何加强企业的人性化管理,从而更有效地发挥人性化管理在企业发展中的重要意义。
With the deepening of people-centered philosophy and the need of building a harmonious society, humane management has increasingly become the choice of modern enterprise management. Based on the concept of humanized management, this paper expounds the characteristics of humanized management and analyzes the importance of humanized management. Finally, it puts forward how to strengthen the humanized management of enterprises so that humanistic management can exert its significance in the development of enterprises more effectively.
