主席先生,各位代表,女士们,先生们,朋友们: 在金秋十月,我们新老朋友相聚在中国著名的“山城”重庆,共同探讨中国矿业的发展问题,促进中国矿业的进一步改革开放,我感到十分喜悦和激动。 这次会议是继1999年以来的第四次中国矿业国际研讨会。我们高兴地看到,“中国矿业国际研讨会”正在形成一个品牌,既是中国矿业改革进程的窗口,也是中外矿业界进行交流与沟通的平台。正是有了这个平台,使我们有幸结识关注和支持中国矿业改革和发展的各位新老朋友。在此,我谨代表国土资源部向诸位表示诚挚的谢意!并荣幸地受大会委派向各位代表作报告。我报告的题目是,入世:中国矿业的机遇、挑战与举措。
Mr. Chairman, deputies, ladies, gentlemen, and friends: In the autumn of October, our old and new friends gathered in Chongqing, the famous “Shancheng” city in China, to discuss the development of China’s mining industry and promote the further reform and opening up of China’s mining industry. I feel very happy and excited. This conference is the fourth China International Symposium on Mining since 1999. We are pleased to see that the “China Mining International Symposium” is forming a brand that is both a window for China’s mining reform process and a platform for communication and communication between the Chinese and foreign mining communities. It is with this platform that we have the privilege of meeting the old and new friends who are concerned with and support China’s mining reform and development. Here, on behalf of the Ministry of Land and Resources, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of you and have the honour to be delegated by the Assembly to report to your representatives. The title of my report is: Joining the WTO: Opportunities, Challenges, and Measures for China’s Mining Industry.
