普通蒸汽养护坑(以下简称旧坑)是量大面广的混凝土制品热养护设备,在我国和一些国家还大量存在。但是,旧坑存在着能耗高、养护周期长、产品质量不均匀等严重缺点,因此,对养护坑经济而有效的技术改造,已成为混凝土制品工业亟待解决的课题之一。定向循环养护工艺是改造旧坑的节能养护工艺,我们于1981年4月在重庆构件一厂完成了该工艺的工业性实验并应用于生产。三年多来,该工艺已在国内十余个省、市的制品厂推广运用,取得了显著的节能效果和经济效益。该工艺的主要特点是:(1)节能效果显著,一般可使单方制品的蒸汽耗量
Ordinary steam curing pits (hereinafter referred to as old pits) are large-area heat-conserving equipment for concrete products, and they still exist in large numbers in our country and some countries. However, the old pits have serious shortcomings such as high energy consumption, long maintenance cycles, and uneven product quality. Therefore, the economical and effective technological transformation of the conservation pits has become one of the urgent issues for the concrete products industry. The directional cycle maintenance process is the transformation of the energy conservation and maintenance process of the old pit. We completed the industrial experiment of the process and applied it to production in Chongqing Component First Plant in April 1981. For more than three years, the technology has been promoted and used in more than ten provinces and cities in China. It has achieved remarkable energy-saving effects and economic benefits.
