目的建立多孔玻板吸收管采样离子色谱法测定工作场所空气中磷酸含量的方法。方法将采样吸收液通过0.2μm的微孔滤膜过滤,经色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果工作场所空气中磷酸的线性范围为0-10mg/L,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.08mg/L,以采样15L空气计,磷酸的最低检测浓度为0.053 mg/m~3;相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.4%-5.4%之间,加标回收率在96.0%-103.0%之间。结论采用本方法检测工作场所空气中磷酸含量,方法简单,结果准确,灵敏度高,适于推广应用。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of phosphoric acid in the air in the workplace by sampling with porous glass tube absorption ion chromatography. Methods The sample solution was filtered through a 0.2 μm microporous membrane, separated by a chromatographic column and detected by a conductivity detector. The retention time was determined and the peak area was quantified. Results The linear range of phosphoric acid in air was 0-10mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9991, the detection limit was 0.08mg / L. The minimum detection concentration of phosphoric acid was 0.053 mg / m ~ 3, The standard deviation (n = 6) was between 1.4% and 5.4% with the recoveries of 96.0% -103.0%. Conclusion The method of detecting the phosphoric acid content in the air of the workplace is simple, the method is accurate, has high sensitivity and is suitable for popularization and application.
