目的:探讨分析小儿消化性溃疡的临床特点和治疗。方法:对我院2010年6月-2013年7月收治的48例小儿消化性溃疡患者进行临床分析。结果:消化道症状好转开始于治疗的2周后,所有患者在服药物期间无明显药物不良反应,且4周后溃疡面均愈合,后期没有出现复发情况。结论:小儿消化系统溃疡通过药物治疗,可以取得较好的临床治疗效果,复发率也比较低。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features and treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer. Methods: The clinical data of 48 children with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to July 2013 were analyzed. Results: The improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms started 2 weeks after treatment. All patients showed no obvious adverse drug reactions during the medication period, and the ulcers were healed after 4 weeks. No recurrence occurred in the later stage. Conclusion: Pediatric digestive ulcer can achieve better clinical effect through drug treatment and the relapse rate is also lower.
