我厂是批量生产中压容器的专业厂,封头生产量很大。由于封头壁厚较薄,如图1。如果用常规方法设计封头模具则封头成型后常会出现起包、起皱或者直边拉痕等现象,如图2。长期以来严重影响下道工序的加工及产品质量。为了解决这些问题,我们根据冲压原理对封头模具结构等进行综合分析研究,结果发现封头模具参数及模具结构不合理。一、冲压原理分析 (1)封头的冲压过程均属于拉延过程。金属在整个拉延过程中产生较复杂的塑性变形,封头各部位在不同情况下处于不同的应力应变状态,产生不同的内应力。 (2)位于压边圈下面的毛坯材料在冲压一开始就
Our factory is a professional manufacturer of medium-pressure vessels in mass production, head production is large. As the head wall thickness is thin, as shown in Figure 1.
