云南电力集团有限公司(以下简称云电集团)优秀共产党员标兵杨启贵同志,是滇西电业局三级电站的运行工。自1978年参加工作以来,他一直战斗在运行岗位上。在企业内部,他是一名踏实工作、善于关心他人的好职工;在社会上,他是一位见义勇为、多做好事的好公民。他先后被大理市政府授予“文明市民”和“文明市民标兵”、被大理州政府授予“社会治安综合治理先进个人”等光荣称号;被云电集团表彰为“优秀共产党员”、“优秀共产党员标兵”。
