农作物秸秆作为重要的生物质废物,其乙醇化已受到广泛关注,而预处理是其中的关键过程。为了确定玉米秸秆快速水解为低聚糖的最佳条件,该研究将40 mg玉米秸秆粉和2.5 mL去离子水加入到水热反应器中密闭,在380℃~400℃反应15~35 s后,对水解产物进行高效液相色谱分析。结果表明:玉米秸秆在388℃超临界水中反应21 s后,可获得最大低聚糖转化率(24.1%)和最大可检测转化率(43.6%)。温度和时间是玉米秸秆超临界水解为低聚糖的关键因素。
As an important biomass waste, crop straw has received extensive attention. Ethanolization has been the key process of pretreatment. In order to determine the optimal conditions for rapid hydrolysis of corn stalks to oligosaccharides, 40 mg of corn stover powder and 2.5 mL of deionized water were added to a hydrothermal reactor for sealing. After reacting at 380-400 ° C. for 15-35 s The hydrolyzate was subjected to high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the maximum conversion rate (24.1%) and the maximum detectable conversion rate (43.6%) of corn stalks after 21 s reaction in supercritical water at 388 ℃ were obtained. Temperature and time are the key factors for the hydrolysis of corn stover to oligosaccharides.
