业已证明血吸虫病是属于免疫疾病,血吸虫病免疫学的研究已使我们对血吸虫病的发病机理、临床表现有了较多的了解,因而能作出治疗病人和预防感染的决策,以消灭血吸虫病。本文着重综述血吸虫病各期抗原与宿主相互作用所致免疫发病机理研究的进展。一、血吸虫抗原血吸虫的抗原比较复杂,在宿主体内包含三个不同的时期,即童虫、成虫和虫卵。每个时期均有特异性的分泌、排泄和裂解产物成为抗原物质,引起宿主一系列的细胞和体液免疫反应。1.童虫:童虫表膜存在的C_3激活剂
Schistosomiasis has been shown to be an immune disease. The immunological study of schistosomiasis has given us a better understanding of the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of schistosomiasis and enabled us to make decisions to treat patients and prevent infection so as to eliminate schistosomiasis. This article focuses on the progress of the study on the pathogenesis of immune caused by the interaction of antigens and hosts at various stages of schistosomiasis.
