随着我国经济的发展,高技能人才处于供不应求的状态,这就要求推动我国职业院校教育模式深化改革。国家在职业院校中推行学徒制人才培养模式,这一方案的提出受到了各个职业院校的关注,学徒制可以为学习者提供理论知识学习、职业技能训练、工作经验积累,为培养技能型人才作出贡献。虽然我国一些职业院校在试行现代学徒制的过程中,已经取得了一定的成效,但是也面临着困境,整体还未取得实质性的突破和进展。
