问:我是一家公司的模具生产工,所操作的机器早已过了检修周期,甚至已经不时会出现一些小故障,但由于生产任务紧张,加之没有备用设备,公司一直让我继续使用。四个月前,我在工作中被突然脱落的飞轮击中右臂,导致七级伤残。而飞轮脱落是由于固定螺丝磨损严重,没有及时更换所致。事后,公司向我赔偿了医疗费用、一次性伤残补助金、一次性伤残就业补助金等,但就我赔偿精神损害抚慰金的请求,公司却断然拒绝,理由是其支付的一次性伤残补助金中含有精神损害性质,且《工伤保险条例》并没有规定精神损害抚慰金这一赔偿项目。请问:公司的观点对吗?
