龙须草种子生命力的初步研究

用不同贮藏时间的龙须草种子做发芽和出苗试验。结果表明：种子的贮藏时间不同，其发芽和出苗率不同，差异极显著；采收当年的种子发芽率可达８０％左右，毛籽（含护颖）出苗率可达７５％，光籽出苗率只有５６％；采收第二年的种子发芽率５０％左右，毛籽出苗率４４３％，光籽出苗率只有２４％；采收第三年的种子发芽率１５％～１８％，毛籽出苗率１５％，光籽出苗率只有１０％。

Germination and emergence tests were carried out with asarum seeds of different storage time. The results showed that the storage time of seeds was different, the germination rate and emergence rate were different, the difference was very significant. The seed germination rate was up to about 80% in the harvesting year, the germination rate was up to 75% The seed germination rate was only about 56%; seed germination rate was about 50% in the second year after harvesting, seedling emergence rate was 443%, light seedling emergence rate was only 24%; seed germination rate in the third year was 15% ~ 18% Seed germination rate of 15%, light seedling emergence rate of only 10%.
