目的:观察特异性免疫治疗药物“粉尘螨滴剂”治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效和不良反应。方法:对89例由粉尘螨引起的支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患者进行为期3个月的治疗,记录治疗前后患者的哮喘症状评分和鼻炎症状评分,统计分析疗效及观察不良反应。结果:治疗后患者的哮喘症状评分和鼻炎症状评分较治疗前均显著下降。治疗期间出现5例局部不良反应,1例全身不良反应,未出现严重全身不良反应。结论:粉尘螨滴剂治疗支气管哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎安全、有效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of specific immunotherapy drug “dust mite drops” in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis. Methods: A total of 89 patients with allergic rhinitis caused by dust mite were treated for 3 months. The asthma symptom score and rhinitis symptom score were recorded before and after treatment. The curative effect and adverse reaction were observed and analyzed statistically. Results: After treatment, asthma symptom scores and rhinitis symptom scores were significantly lower than those before treatment. During treatment, 5 cases of local adverse reactions, 1 case of systemic adverse reactions, no serious systemic adverse reactions. Conclusion: Dust mite droplet is safe and effective in treating bronchial asthma with allergic rhinitis.
